• Detailed and documented evaluations of existing properties for sale or rental purposes, including detailed inventory of contents with documented condition, functionality, and serial numbers.
• Quality control, inspection and/or management of construction projects for assured building standards and quality.
• Progress assessments for construction projects, and pre-authorisation of progress payments, ensuring the client only pays for properly completed work.
• Design assistance for retail spaces, with recommendations for equipment, lighting, sustainability, finishes and HVAC, as well as customer and operational flow paths.
